Learning Outcomes

  • Planning Training: assessing training needs, planning training process, using adult-learning principles, writing outcome statements, and training evaluation and follow-up.
  • Designing Training: designing training using Kolb’s four learning styles and over design options.
  • Organising Training: organizing for a workshop, writing an agenda, preparing materials, and communicating with your sponsor and end-user clients before the training begins.
