The manual outlines a three-day training programme which aims at providing Trainers with the necessary tools for planning, designing, and conducting effective training programmes. The manual has been designed for use by both facilitators and participants. Facilitators will use the manual to prepare and conduct the sessions. Participants will use the manual as a reference tool both during and after the training.
