About this program

The course objective is to train the participants for treasury operations so that they will be well versed with all the terminologies & activities taking place in the FX desk in the treasury of a bank.

Overview

This immersive three-days of Foreign Exchange Bourse Game Training is meticulously crafted to elevate participants' practical skills and equip them for the demands of the treasury profession through augmented simulations.

The program delves deep into the mechanics of the foreign exchange market, honing decision-making prowess and refining analytical aptitude. Beginning with an introduction to the spot foreign exchange market, the experience unfolds with interactive simulations of market transactions and analysis of participant behaviors.

To facilitate practical learning, participants will have access to the cutting-edge Financial Labs platform. This platform offers a realistic environment for Real-Time trading activities in both interbank and corporate markets. Under the guidance of ASTC's virtual Central Bank, participants will gain hands-on experience, honing their trading strategies and risk management techniques.

At the end of each day, a debriefing session will be conducted to ensure that the outlined roles and objectives have been successfully met. It will also serve as an opportunity to set expectations for the following day's activities.

One of the key highlights of our simulation is the incorporation of economic events and alerts that mirror the dynamic nature of the real market. These events are carefully designed to replicate news and market fluctuations, allowing participants to grasp the impact of these factors on exchange rates. Throughout the simulation, participants will receive real-time alerts regarding essential economic events such as central bank announcements, economic indicators, and geopolitical developments. These alerts will empower participants to make informed decisions and respond effectively to rapid market changes.

By immersing participants in our virtual platform with realistic economic events and alerts, we aim to provide an authentic and engaging experience. Participants will develop an in-depth understanding of the foreign exchange market, refine their trading and risk management skills, and gain proficiency in fundamental analysis and technical analysis.

We are confident that this Foreign Exchange Bourse Game Training will equip Banking Institute learners with the necessary knowledge and practical expertise to excel in their future roles within the treasury domain.
