This course provides delegates with the latest skills and methods in Coaching to develop their personal and professional effectiveness.
Training sessions will actively and frequently involve delegates in practical exercises, case study analysis and discussions. Delegates will learn World Class leading techniques in developing a Coaching Culture from both the coach and client’s perspective Delegates will discover that they are natural sales people, business developers and negotiators and learn how to unlock these hidden talents through several empowering approaches, that include Liberating Questions, Extraordinary Goal Achieving, Incremental Gains and Persuasive Psychology .
Through lively and interactive sessions, delegates will discuss the challenges involved in strategic and practical development of ethical working relationships and the art of negotiation. The following subject areas will be included:

Karl has more than 15 years experience in resolving complaints and helping companies to revolutionize their employee’s soft skills and emotional intelligence. Graduating in Politics and Sociology from the University of Salford, Karl joined the Civil Service. Returning to education, he gained a Masters from Manchester Metropolitan University, and was elected to help run the Students’ Union. In addition to being a Guest Lecturer for the prestigious Business School of University of Central Lancashire, Karl has written articles on various topics including, managing problems, financial and energy consumer rights, developing property and how new markets function.
